Carlos holds a master's in civil engineering and business administration and brings over 19 years of industry and consulting experience in urban development, large infrastructure projects, capital expenditure (CapEx) optimization, public private partnership (PPP) schemes, investment planning, and transformation. He's currently supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE's Industrial Strategy to plan, design, and develop a futuristic city from the ground up using modern methods of construction (MMC).
