WinTech and Pocahontas Aluminum Company Unite Under New Holding Company, Ozark ESOP Partners

WinTech, Inc. announced the formation of Ozark ESOP Partners, a newly established holding company created to guide and support the continued growth of WinTech, Pocahontas Aluminum Company (PAC), and future affiliated entities. This strategic move marks an important step in strengthening the organization’s foundation while positioning it for long-term expansion through acquisitions and emerging market opportunities. The new structure ensures that WinTech and PAC remain focused on operational excellence, innovation, and steady, sustainable growth, while Ozark ESOP Partners will pursue “blue ocean” opportunities, new markets and business models that enhance value for all employee-owners.

Leadership Appointments

To support this evolution, Ozark ESOP Partners has announced key leadership appointments:

  • Jack Williams – Chief Executive Officer, Ozark ESOP Partners
    Williams will lead overall strategy and performance across all companies within the Ozark ESOP Partners group.
  • Tim Larmer – Chief Strategy Officer, Ozark ESOP Partners
    Larmer will oversee strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and new business development while continuing to lead IT operations at WinTech and PAC.
  • Gary Swanger – Chief Financial Officer, Ozark ESOP Partners
    Swanger will direct financial strategy, performance, and capital management for the organization, ensuring fiscal strength and disciplined investment.
  • Jason Hunt – President, WinTech, and Chief Operating Officer, Ozark ESOP Partners
    Hunt will lead WinTech’s day-to-day operations, focusing on operational excellence and customer success. In his additional role as COO of Ozark ESOP Partners, he will oversee integration and alignment across all affiliated companies.
