WinTech, Inc. announced the formation of Ozark ESOP Partners, a newly established holding company created to guide and support the continued growth of WinTech, Pocahontas Aluminum Company (PAC), and future affiliated entities. This strategic move marks an important step in strengthening the organization’s foundation while positioning it for long-term expansion through acquisitions and emerging market opportunities.
