Resia Manufacturing, a division of U.S.-based Resia, which is owned by MRV, Brazil’s largest homebuilder, is now offering prefabricated bathroom and kitchen components to industry partners.
Designed to accelerate delivery of multifamily, hospitality adaptive reuse and student housing construction projects, the bathroom and kitchen components arrive fully assembled and ready to install, eliminating delays, rework, and trade stacking.

The first full project utilizing Resia Manufacturing prefabricated kitchens and bathrooms components that has been completed is Resia Golden Glades, a 420-unit multifamily workforce housing rental community in Miami, Florida.
Resia Golden Glades offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across four five-story buildings. The community broke ground in May 2024 and, using the prefabricated bathroom and kitchens, the project was completed in 14 months.

Resia Manufacturing is located in Fairburn, GA, just south of Atlanta. The 252,000 square foot facility, produces the bathroom and kitchen components, inclusive of electrical and plumbing with the high-volume production scalability ranging from 10,000 to 16,000 units annually.
The premanufactured components positively impact the construction process, reducing timelines by as much as one-third, lowering costs, and ensuring consistent quality.
