An individual shall fully and fairly disclose all potential conflicts of interests in a timely manner. An individual shall disclose to the association any practice which tends to corrupt the integrity of MBI or the industry. An individual shall compete vigorously, and fairly, with other members. To subscribe to and offer to the public quality products at a fair price. To promote greater awareness of alternative construction methods and practices. To participate fully in the MBI Seals Program as a visible sign to our customers of our support of this code. And to adhere to the articles of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct as adopted by the governing Board of the Modular Building Institute.
