MBI members have access to a discounted business conduct course that covers primary misconduct issues like bribery, kickbacks, conflicts of interest, gift giving, fair dealing, and reporting ethical violations. This online course is about 50 minutes, has additional resources, and allows participants to ask questions. Participants are required to pass a short test. Transcripts are maintained at MBI. The Director of the Manufactured Building Program, Steve Kennealy, will be joining us as we discuss specific issues and areas of concern for the commercial modular builders and manufacturers. MBI staff are also on-hand to provide state-of-the-industry reporting as well as updates on pending government affairs, research projects, association resources, and more.
