Waterborne underfloor heating, rooftop solar panels, and geothermal heating ensure sustainable operation. The area features pedestrian zones, car-free paths, trails, and exercise loops. Surrounding traffic flows support commerce and activity, shaping a vibrant urban character. Autogyron is a strong example of SIBS’s care in project completion, realized in close alignment with the municipality and original vision, contributing positively to the entire area.

Technical Innovation & Sustainability

SIBS modular construction enables rapid, flexible residential development with high architectural variation. Offsite precision engineering and robotic manufacturing ensure tight tolerances, enhancing airtightness, acoustics, and vibration control. Modules can be delivered fully furnished, reducing on-site work and enabling relocatability.
