Rosetta Bakery needed a portable bakery location that met the aesthetic demands of the city and their business needs. We custom-fabricated a HONOMOBAR with 2 top-hinge doors that extend from the front service wall into a canopy, shading customers from the hot Miami sun. Bright, white, and custom painted to match Rosetta’s company branding, this HONOMOBAR fittingly stands out in Miami’s sun-soaked Design District.

Technical Innovation & Sustainability

To execute the project efficiently, a single 8’ x 24’ container was utilized. Using a single module allowed all internal systems, fixtures, and finishes to be installed in a climate-controlled factory. The result is a plug-and-play product ready for business.

Cost Effectiveness

This project was designed, manufactured, and installed in less than 6 months, allowing the client to turn profits on it substantially faster versus traditional construction. Using a portable modular solution allows them to relocate their business to wherever they need and allowed for minimal site disruption to the bustling area of Miami’s Design District.
