Award Criteria

Architectural Excellence

The project delivered 38 modular year-round leisure homes ranging from 38 m² to 114 m², built from one or two modules. Each home was manufactured 95% under controlled factory conditions, ensuring high quality, consistency, and reduced construction time. The modules arrived on site fully finished, equipped with complete installations and ready-to-use interiors. Bathrooms were delivered “turnkey”, fully fitted and functional. This approach not only shortened the overall timeline but also minimized environmental impact, providing a sustainable, modern, and efficient housing solution that meets today’s market expectations.

Technical Innovation & Sustainability

By completing 95% of the work in controlled factory conditions, the project enabled the implementation of advanced technical solutions that ensured consistent quality and precision. Each home was delivered almost fully complete – finished inside, fully serviced, and equipped with a turnkey bathroom – minimizing on-site work, waste, and disruption. The modular system allowed flexible configurations from 38 to 114 m², tailored to diverse needs. Innovation also included the use of sustainable materials and technologies enhancing energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint, and optimizing resource use. Every home feature eco-friendly underfloor heating powered by a heat pump and solar panels capturing renewable energy. This project highlights how modern modular construction can address unique market challenges while promoting ecological building practices, efficiency, and user comfort.

Cost Effectiveness

The project of 38 modular lesiure homes was designed with cost efficiency at its core. By completing 95% of works in the factory, we reduced on-site labor, shortened construction time, and minimized weather-related risks, all resulting in lower costs for the end user. Standardized yet flexible modules (38–114 m²) enabled economies of scale while allowing tailored layouts. Durable, energy-efficient materials reduced maintenance and long-term operating expenses. Turnkey bathrooms and pre-installed systems cut installation time and costs. Collaboration with local partners optimized logistics and transport, ensuring smooth delivery. Moreover, modularity guarantees future adaptability – units can be relocated, extended, or reconfigured, maximizing long-term value and investment security.
