Leads and Referrals
The MBI referral service carefully screens all leads generated by the MBI Web site and encourages potential clients to use the services of our MBI membership, then places these leads with the appropriate member based on a product and geographic basis.

MBI gathers and distributes statistical information about the size and growth of the industry. The annual reports have become the leading source of information on this industry and is widely used by investment firms, banks, and the media.
Promoting Integrity and Professionalism
Through its code of ethics, MBI promotes integrity and quality in the modular industry by having their members subscribe to the MBI Code of Business Ethics & Conduct.
MBI's Web site, modular.org has over 1,500 pages full of articles, best practices, key contacts, and training resources.
Newsletter (Now included in the Modular Advantage publication)
The quarterly Member Connection members-only newsletter is published by MBI to provide timely and newsworthy items about the commercial modular construction industry. Coverage includes association news, legislative items of interest to our members, financial outlooks, calendar of events and other information related to MBI and/or the modular industry.
Membership Directory (Now included in the Modular Advantage publication)
All MBI members receive a free listing in the MBI Membership Directory - the only directory dedicated exclusively to the commercial factory-built industry. Industry professionals look to the directory as an informative resource throughout the year.
Modular Advantage Publication
Starting in 2016 the quarterly Modular Advantage will combine some of MBI's individually printed literature into one publication. Each issue will feature one of the following: AOD Winners, Membership Directory, or the Annual Reports. All issues will include a MBI member news section (previously the Member Connection Newsletter), case studies, upcoming evetns, and other industry news and resources. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
MBI members will receive a printed copy of the Modular Advantage publication, while a digital version will be distributed via email through Building Design + Construction Magazine to their 40,000+ commercial architects, engineers, owners and contractors. Members receive industry updates on issues and events through a member e-newsletter, "Member Connection Now" a biweekly electronic publication available only to MBI members.
