World of Modular begins on Monday, April 20, 2026.

MBI is committed to giving World of Modular attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and presenters collectively the best possible experience at our conference. Therefore, MBI does not authorize any non-MBI functions to take place during scheduled World of Modular programming. Any requests of this nature are and will be denied.

Exhibitor: MBI must be notified in writing in the event of cancellation or space reduction. Fifty percent (50%) of the exhibit fee will be refunded for cancellations or reductions made no less than 46 days before the first day of the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations or reductions made 45 days before the first day of the conference.

Attendee: Full refunds for attendees, one day passes, and spouse/guests (not exhibitors), less a 10% processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations made in writing no less than 46 days before the first day of the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations made 45 days before the first day of the conference. Registrants that fail to attend the conference without notifying MBI prior to 45 days before the first day of the conference are responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions are encouraged. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.

Golf: Registrations for the golf tournament may be cancelled no less than 46 days before the first day of the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations made 45 days before the first day of the conference. Golfers are responsible for their own rental clubs.

Yes. Anyone over the age of 18 years can attend World of Modular after registering and paying the appropriate registration fee regardless of experience or role.

Persons under 18 years old must receive advance permission from MBI and be attending for a legitimate educational purpose, for example as part of a high school, college, or university program.

By participating in a Modular Building Institute (MBI) event, meeting, or function you acknowledge that there is an unknown risk of your exposure to COVID-19. Such exposure carries with it a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, disability, or death. You agree to release and hold harmless MBI, its employees, officers, and vendors from and against all claims of damages and liability resulting from exposure to COVID-19.

Participants are encouraged to follow the US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines before, during, and after an MBI event, meeting, or function. The CDC’s COVID-19 community-level tool classifies US counties into low, medium, or high with recommended prevention measures for each level. The CDC also has requirements and recommendations for domestic and international travel. CDC information regarding how to protect yourself from COVID-19 is available on their website at https://www.cdc.gov/.

At this time, participants at an MBI event, meeting, or function are not required to provide proof of vaccination, antibodies, and/or negative tests or wear masks. If you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms associated with COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who may have COVID-19, you should stay home.

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence.

IMPORTANT: If you are an international visitor to World of Modular, please be reminded that the United States government has instituted new, tighter visa requirements for non-immigrant applicants. This may lengthen the time it takes to process your visa application. Make sure you begin your visa application early and well in advance of your travel dates.

If you registered for World of Modular, you should have received a confirmation email. You will be issued a badge onsite for admission. Badges are not mailed.

Yes, special room discounts are available onsite at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. See the page footer for details. Room blocks will likely sell out, so please reserve your room as early as possible. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Unfortunately, there are many travel companies that try to present themselves as being an official part World of Modular and the Modular Building Institute. MBI is not affiliated with any third-party housing company. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to disregard any communication from such company and to reserve your hotel room using the information below:

Hotel Accommodations

Note: You are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements. The MBI room block will be limited and will expire when full or on Friday, March 14, 2026. Please make your reservations early.
