BuildEx Modular-Tennessee to Establish Manufacturing and Distribution Presence in Lincoln County
Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and BuildEx Modular-Tennessee LLC officials announced today the company is locating in Lincoln County, establishing off-site, modular manufacturing and distribution operations under its MODMAX brand.
BuildEx Modular will create 110 new jobs and invest $23.3 million in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The company is acquiring and retrofitting an existing modular manufacturing facility to expand its capacity for high-quality modular housing, serving large developers and commercial clients across the Southern Middle Tennessee region.
