FullStack Modular Hires Industry Leader Robert Friedman as Chief Business Development Officer
FullStack Modular expands its leadership team by hiring Robert Friedman, a commercial real estate veteran who will grow the company's reach and opportunities domestically and internationally. Friedman was the Co-founder and CEO of TechPrefab, a modular development company.
"Robert's deep real estate experience and strong industry relationships will significantly benefit FullStack Modular's existing and prospective clients," said Krulak. "He will work closely with our senior leadership team to explore new geographies, strategic ventures, and other potential initiatives as we move into the next phase of our company's growth."
Friedman, the Managing Principal of New York-based commercial real estate advisory firm Tiberias Capital, will also assist FullStack Modular developer and end-user clients in sourcing appropriate debt and equity financing for the construction of projects.
With over 25 years of experience in finance, real estate, and management, Friedman was a Principal at Lanesborough Partners and a Managing Director at Bankers Capital Realty Advisors, which specialized in placing debt and equity on behalf of developers, owners, and operators and has arranged several billion dollars of financing. In addition, he held a senior role on the international finance desk at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York and began his career with Paramount Capital. He received his MBA from Yale University's School of Management with a concentration in finance, real estate, and marketing and earned a BA with Honors in Economics from Yeshiva University.
