Quartz Properties Pioneers Modular Build-For-Rent Communities Near Asheville, NC
Quartz Properties (Quartz) announces two new build-for-rent (BFR) developments in Western North Carolina. The communities, Belle Meadow in West Asheville and Allison Acres in Waynesville, will provide much-needed rental supply of attainable residences to the greater Asheville market.
Quartz is a homebuilder with two developments nearby, Padgett Place in Black Mountain, and Cascade Ridge in Fairview. An off-site builder, Quartz will utilize modular construction to complete Belle Meadow and Allison Acres. Vertical construction will follow the completion of land development in 2023. The group is aware of the need for housing in the area and is pleased to meet the demand for three- and four-bedroom rentals.

Belle Meadow will offer 74 units comprised of 34 detached single-family homes and 40 attached townhomes. Units will be three or four bedroom and average around 1,500 sq. ft. Situated on nine acres of land, Quartz will maintain substantial green space for community use. Belle Meadow is located just outside Asheville’s city limits, five miles from downtown. The community is easily accessible to all daily services, including grocery, schools, commercial areas, public transit, and healthcare facilities.
Allison Acres is a little over 20 miles west of Belle Meadow in Waynesville, a vibrant independent community with a unique identity. The 60-unit rental community is set on seven acres, 25% of which will remain open space. Community plans include three-bed, three-bath attached townhomes which average 1,500 sq. ft. Allison Acres will offer active recreation areas, walking paths, and mountain views.
Quartz will construct the communities with an off-site factory partner and their own vertically integrated construction and transportation companies, Quartz Modular and Quartz Transport.
