As a trade association for the commercial modular construction industry, MBI works on behalf of its members around the world. Some of the most important work we do involves removing legislative barriers, helping to create industry-friendly codes and regulations, and connecting our members with the governmental agencies that govern their activities.
The Modular Building Institute maintains a complete list of building codes used in all US states and Canadian provinces, as well as contact information for state and provincial code officials.
Note: to access this list, you must be an active MBI member. Not a member? Join here!

The monthly updates below detail MBI's efforts on behalf of its members and the industry at-large. Questions? Contact MBI's government affairs director Jon Hannah-Spacagna.
