  6. Entry Objective
    This video is a marketing and sales tool that is used to capture interest at a trade show or presentation and to engage potential clients or design professionals in one-on-one discussions about how modular construction today can meet any vision without compromise to quality, look, feel and functionality. The video uses a completed project to blend actual building photos in the plant and completed on the site, with the 3D Revit model that was created during design and then brings it to life by adding the effects of movement in time, surroundings and people with the Lumion software. At times throughout the production, it is difficult to distinguish the rendered model from the real building, which is very much the point as it supports the message that any vision can be realized. The spin off objective of this piece, is that it clearly demonstrates our in-house creative design capabilities, and often potential clients need to visualize before they fully realize the possibilities.

    This is a very targeted piece that was only recently created and will be used at future trade shows and seminars or presentations. It is being used as a sales tool in house as it is presented one-on-one to clients as a demonstration of our ability to meet their expectations from design to reality. This will be instrumental in assisting our sales team raise the level of awareness and confidence in our company, the process and the product while confirming that “what you see, is what you get”. The client whose project was used to create the marketing piece, was very excited to see their design and building come to life and they are also using the video for their own marketing purposes. They have since ordered another project from NRB.
