Modular Technology builds DMJM-designed bank in 122 daysPhoenix, Ariz.-based modular builder, Modular Technology, Inc., has completed another Wells Fargo Bank branch in record time. Teamed with world-renowned architecture firm DMJM, the final 5,905-sf building is artistically reflective of the surrounding desert setting and retail center in Buckeye, Ariz. The permanent facility features steel superstructure and framing, slab-on-grade foundation with a combination of exterior materials including EIFS, slate, stone veneer and steel accents. A monolithic slate arch provides architectural interest, a shaded entry-way, and a focal point for environmental signage.
