Each spring for the past several years the Modular Building Institute has mailed survey questionnaires to both member and non-member dealers, manufacturers and integrated companies. The result is a comprehensive double-blind survey, which is published in the fall of each year as one of the benefits of membership in the Institute. The State of the Industry survey has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for market trend analysis in the commercial modular industry.
