This high end/upscale real estate developer needed a fast shell structure to fulfill a need for temporary sales office. They were able to use their forces for interior finishes to demonstrate the quality of their work. Also, due to the location they wanted a sales office with the appearance of waterside cottages. A 6/12 pitch roof was added along with lap siding. While serving as a sales office, their customer could get the feel of their future home and the atmosphere of lakeside living.

The structure has been designed to allow trusses to be added to the roof while allowing the customer to eventually move the sales office to another part of development at a later appropriate date.

A permanent structure would not have been cost effective. The customer's development is large and the sales office will need to be moved to continue as a marketing tool. Although this unit did not have a long history, it needed to be extensively re-modeled. Only modular provided a cost effective method to provide the required flexibility of the whole project.
